We could try to change these on the fly as you pan and zoom, but it could be confusing particularly when the whole world is in view. Probably best as a config setting.

This would allow you to more easily hide spots outside your country's amateur bands.

Different countries have different allocations, particularly in different ITU regions. The band ends currently used are fixed, although I think I have set them roughly to the widest that any country offers. We could try to change these on the fly as you pan and zoom, but it could be confusing particularly when the whole world is in view. Probably best as a config setting.
