When running as a "locally installed" PWA, we still query almost everything from the web. Obviously we have to query POTA/SOTA APIs, and probably get map tiles, live from the web anyway. But is it worth packaging in the 3rd party JS/CSS that we depend on instead of pulling them from CDN?
