WWBOTA does have a "get all bunkers in this bounding box" API call: https://api.wwbota.org/#tag/Bunkers/operation/get_bunkers_bunkers__get

Then the equivalent "get activation history of the bunker" call: https://api.wwbota.org/#tag/Stats/operation/get_public_bunker_stats_stats_bunkers__reference__get

However, the latter doesn't seem to work, e.g. https://api.wwbota.org/stats/bunkers/B/G-1462 returns no activations for a bunker I have previously activated
