Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
As of ian/spothole#73, Spothole will have externally accessible APIs to do lookup of callsign and SIG ref locations. Replace QSO map's complex lookup code with that; remove UI elements for QRZ/HamQTH login and toggle for xOTA lookup, just have it happen automatically.
