This award is for activating National Parks in Victoria, Australia.

Info is through PnP, but there is no lookup for it via PnP.

The Vic government does provide data on parks but not a small data set with just the 45 parks that this award covers; there's also no ID code for the parks in the PnP API.

Setting to Blocked for now, I don't think we should bother because each KRMNPA activation will likely include WWFF and POTA spots too.

If implemented, KRMNPA should be added as another programme type in Field Spotter so that it can be displayed.
