Better DXCC coverage than the current emoji system.

Need to incorporate into Spothole web assets, rename according to DXCC number.

Need to add credit as per the source page.

Too much effort for now I think, setting to "maybe".

Note that my internal DXCC list matches the WIA list, which has over 100 more entries than this list or the ARRL list. So there will still be some gaps.
