References are INE municipality codes for which there is public geodata.
Unusual lookup format from comments is just DME-\d{4,5} so will need some tweaks to comment parsing
The system has no dedicated spots API, it's just using the cluster. It does have an alerts page, but not sure if there is a public API behind it.
